About the Film:

NEW WORLD WATER captures the story of man’s rapidly changing relationship with water and the environment at the dawn of the 21st century. The country and people of Madagascar will be brought to center stage for an examination of life in the developing world where clean water is scarce or non-existent. The documentary explores the factors that led to the deforestation of Madagascar, the ways in which natural resources are being managed, and chiefly, the impact of water on the lives of the people; men, women and children.
