Letters of inquiry are submitted through an online form. We recommend viewing the application first, drafting your responses in a word processing application, then returning to the online form to paste them in when ready to submit. Due to the large volume of calls and emails we receive with questions regarding our grant cycle submission process, please be sure to visit the FAQ page for more information before calling or emailing Cinereach staff with questions.
We strongly encourage submission of sample work with letters of inquiry. Sample work can include one or more of the following: Previously completed film, trailer of current project, work-in-progress or rough-cut of current project.
Discs MUST be labeled with title of film, running time, format (PAL/NTSC), contact name, email and tel number.

Letters of inquiry for the current granting cycle were accepted through 11:59pm (EST) on December 1, 2009. Submissions are now closed for the winter 2010 grant cycle. Check back in April 2010 to submit an LOI for the June 1st deadline of the Summer 2010 grant cycle.
