This evening DocuClub will screen two rough cuts of short documentaries. The first film, EL BONDERA, by Sherif Sadek chronicles the story of two cab drivers in Cairo as they focus viewers’ eyes on a world of inadequate meter prices and their day-to-day struggle to survive. In the second film, REPUBLICAN DAD, filmmaker Robert Hatch-Miller sets out to document his dad’s campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives.
